Don't advertise pppoe(8) here, from markowski1 at gmail, tweak by me to
make it clear we're talking about client side, plus a quick mention of npppd
for server. More work is required on the file to remove ppp(8). (Technically
not removed until 5.6 but it doesn't make sense for new users to find
faq information about a method which will be removed next release).
