Why recommend anything at all? The idea behind this page is to have (1) a page we can point at which (2) contains a few recommendations, so that (3) the users of the system can start thinking about management, and maybe we can pray they think there are best practices... The main problem with this page is ensuring that developers don't add fluff to it as time goes by.
