Fix the example "ls . |more"; from Frederic Nowak <fnwk at mailbox dot org>.
While here, make it clear that `-' and `|' are only special in local,
not in remote filenames.
Probably, `|' support should be removed from ftp(1), but let's fix one
thing at a time.
