Part of a big diff from TJ, much more to come later:
- mention that the usb images can be written with dd
- clarify that SHA256 only checks for accidental damage
- improve signify example (it stands to reason that brand new users might
not have openbsd installed already.)
- i think we can stop talking about pentium two processors and one
gigabyte hard drives now...
- few minor tweaks
