remove faq12 "hardware and platform-specific questions"
this page was severely outdated and contained almost no information that's
useful anymore, with the following exceptions:
- info about "not configured" devices in dmesg and unsupported hardware
this has been moved to faq8.
- info about armv7 (currently commented out)
this will be moved to armv7.html or somewhere more appropriate shortly.
while here, clean up the index a bit.
