I think we have not set things up and repos have multiplied before we have
procedures in place.

We have an official Jsoftware repo and in a real sense that is the only
repo that Jsoftware really cares about.

The github repo was set up (I'm guessing here) for people who wanted to
work completely (or nearly completely) outside of Jsoftware.

The unbox repo has been set up in somewhat the same way.

People who want to help with the evolution of the official Jsoftware
products need to read what we have written about J Primary Developers and J
Contributor Developers. This is all still in the very early stages and we
are feeling our way slowly. Although things are moving very well with the
work that Henry has been doing.

We welcome input has suggestions about how we should be doing things. But
remember that we are very conservative in terms of changes and our primary
commitment is to continue the stability and nature of the JE.
