J is after all
a Turing Machine
(by access)
i can do anything!

w/o reaching outside J
though
i would like to do
things efficiently

That is after all
the newly (re)discovered way

Now i know that
J's modus operandi
is not
being efficient
it is a
Tool for Thought

But lacking Bit Booleans
i would probably
never have used
APL/360 for my undergrad thesis

Another J lack
but i digress

All i want
is to access
SMALL floats
with J finesse

That's pretty vague.

Not that this is Short
At all!
J does not even
recognize 16 bit entities
(outside unicode)
but it would be

Very Sweet
to have access
to the BFloat16
hiding in avx
