I forgot to register the firePluginAction method with SOAP. You can do this yourself 
pretty
easily.

Somewhere in your SJ server installation there should be a deploy directory. This 
contains three
XML files and a .bat or .sh file. All you need to do is add firePluginAction to the 
methods list
in SJDeploymentDescriptor. Then you need to deploy this XML file to your SJ server. 
You can do
this with the script file. Take a look at the script file and you'll probably figure 
it out pretty
quick.
