Rob, i have checked in my patches for:
1.) The Windows LaF Problem 2.) The .source.jam solution. There is now a checkbox in the advanced dialog, if checkbox is selected the .source.jam files will be saved to the users directory. 3.) The icon problem should fixed in a few minutes. All new icons are in repository then.
