Hello, Martin. I'm sorry to be so slow in replying to your message. I took some time off from replying to these messages and I'm trying to go back through the backlog.
I think the problem is that the file you sent me is not encoded using ISO-8859-1. I'm not an expert on text encoding, but I think you need to make sure that the encoding style that SJ is using matches the encoding style your files are using. The file you sent looks like nonsense when I open it us on my computer (though the various German and French characters in your message came through correctly). I'm sorry I can't be of more help than that, but that's the best I can do. If you've set your config files to specify ISO-8859-1, then that's the encoding that SourceJammer will use, and this has been pretty thorougly tested with French, German, Scandinavian, and other non-ascii character systems. Could anyone out there who uses SJ for one of these non-English languages offer any advice or commentary? Thanks. --Rob --- Martin Ernst [Würzburger Versicherungs-AG] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi sourcejammer-users, > > I have a problem with OEM xtra chars.
