My guess is that the problems you're having with the file dialogs might relate to some kind of network issue. Is there a network drive that Windows thinks is there but that might go away sometimes? Windows can be very bad about this sort of thing. Do you ever see similar behavior when you open up the Windows Explorer? About the sourcejammer.exe file: Take a look at the sourcejammer.properties file (sort of an ini for the .exe). There is an entry that says "JRE Version=1.4". The exe is going to look for JavaHome in your Windows registry in the following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment\1.4 If you're using a different version, change the JRE version in the file.
