I want to make sure I understand what's going on. Do you have one instance of
that SJ server that
is running or two? In other words, is the problem with how you connect to the
server (over the
internet vs. over a local network) or with the server itself?
I can't think of anything obvious that would cause SJ itself to run slow.
However, a network
latency could cause slow performance.
I'm sorry if that is not very helpful, but I'm really not sure what to tell you.
