SOAP is used to communicate client and server.
To create a user, as an administrator you must do Archive > Manage Users...
Anyway, Rob (who is someone much more reliable than me) says that everything
looks correct, so forget about the SOAP stuff I've said before, as probably it
was alright from the start.
