This depends entirely on what you want to do. As far as licensing is concerned, 
this is not a
problem as long as you use the GLPL release and not the GPL release.

If you are looking to embed SJ in a client-side application and use an ordinary 
SJ server, then
you could use the class SimpleInterface to automate the client operations. The 
sj-eclipse project
located at http://sjextensions.sourceforge.net is a helpful example.

If you want to do something more than this, then there probably isn't any sort 
of documentation to
help you. But I'd be glad to answer any specific questions that you post to the 
(subscription
only) sourcejammer devel list.
