Steve,

It seems that when you try to run the conversion by itself, you're actually
running the 2.0
conversion tool. The 2.1 conversion tool will start with the following:

****************************************
** SourceJammer 2.0 to 2.1 Conversion **
****************************************

When you try to upgrade using the install script, what output do you see when
the conversion kicks
in? I can see by looking at the code that you're not going to get a stack trace
here either, but
whatever error message you get, I'd like to see.

I could do a quick modification to the convert script to output any error stack
traces and to
maybe log what it's doing, but SJ does not have any sort of nice logging
features built into it.

Let me know about the error you see when you install and I'll see about adding
the logging.
