the Database model which mean that details of
some previously submitted entries were lost.

The main fixes since the last announced build (0.3.15):
- Ability to submit multiple files along with spec file
- extensive re-wording of home page and help text
- improved look for tabs/menu
- improved handling of authentication errors
- new Validation process added
- rtricter roles regarding voting, and added ability to
un-do a vote
- and numerous smaller fixes...
