[sourcejuicer-discuss] 'submit' page not available

Hi,

I'm getting following error trying to access the submit page 
(http://jucr.opensolaris.org/submit/):

ERROR: Failed to contact Authentication server!
Exception: timed out

Anyone else seeing this?
