Dear All,

RE: KENYA TRADE FAIR IN SOUTH SUDAN - THUR 1ST TO SUN 4TH MARCH 2012

Happy New Year!

Capacity Africa Institute  is organizing Kenya Trade Fair in South Sudan

from Thursday 1ST to Sunday 4th March 2012 at Nyakuron Cultural Center in

Juba.

Capacity Africa Institute partnered with Blue Spring International to

organize a very successful South Sudan Investment Conference and Trade

Fair in October 2011 in Juba South Sudan and has also  organized Kenya

Trade Fairs in South Africa, Uganda and Congo in the past.

Background for the Kenya Trade Fair

The Kenya Trade Fair was born from the need to increase trade between

Kenya and South Sudan and to vigorously exploit the huge growth potential

that remains untapped between the two countries.

The fair seeks to enable Kenyan companies to expand their opportunities in

South Sudan, but also provide opportunities for South Sudanese owned

businesses and individuals  to explore the massive growth potential in
the East Africa

 largest and equally promising  economy:.

The main objective of the trade fair is to create forum where Kenyan

businesses  can showcase their goods and services in South Sudan.

There other objectives are:

•        To enhance information sharing on business opportunities and challenges

in South Sudan.

•         To create an opportunity for Kenyan companies in South Sudan to

demonstrate their role in the reconstruction of the Republic of South

Sudan through employment creation and provision of key services.

•        It’s an opportunity for Kenyan companies to trade with investors in

South Sudan and others from all over the world.

•        To attract South Sudanese nationals to invest in Kenya

•        Networking between business to business and between
businesses and their

prospective distributors.

•         Participants will have first hand information in the investment and

business opportunities available in both Kenya and South Sudan

•        To create a platform for the exhibitors to showcase their products and

services to both local and international attendees.

•        To promote relations between Kenya and South Sudan

You can benefit greatly by sponsoring the event or acquiring space for

exhibitions and through strategic networking with other participants when

you participate as a visitor.

Product exhibitions will provide one on one direct and strategic

networking with other participants. The event will attract over 100

exhibitors from Kenya and other parts of the world.

What to Expect

•        Business and trade fair (exhibitions)

•        Business Awards for Kenyan companies in South Sudan

•        Business-to-business networking forums

•        One on one meeting with South Sudan government officials.

•        Kenya and South Sudan Night featuring performances from Kenya and South

Sudan on Saturday 31st March 2011 and featuring Miss Kenya in South Sudan
