Fifteen legal counsels and prosecutors graduated today after a 11-day training session on common law principles and sustentative and procedural laws. The training, the second of its kind, was organised by the national Ministry of Justice together with RCN Justice and Democratie in Juba. The trainees came from the ten states of South Sudan. Trainer Expeditor Kaya urged the graduates to exercise their duty with full respect to the Law. He asked the counsels and prosecutors not to delay the cases in their hands to avoid piling many cases up. Mr Kaya urged the graduates not to relax but read more to understand the Transitional Constitution of the Republic of South Sudan and other key documents to exercise their duties fully. Deputy Chief Justice Paulino Wanawilla Onanyago chaired the graduation ceremony. He thanked RCN Justice and Democratie for their services. Justice Wanawilla called on the graduates to return to their respective states and execute their duties. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "South Sudan Info - The Kob" group.
