SOUTH SUDAN PAUSES NEGOTIATIONS WITH SUDAN
Saturday, 21 April 2012 06:16 South Sudan has asked for a break in the negotiations on outstanding issues with the Sudan. The Office of the President said in a press release Friday that it liked to pause and undertake a critical review on the present mediation mechanism. It asked also for a more robust international commitment to promote the peaceful resolution of ongoing disputes between South Sudan and Sudan. South Sudan reiterated its commitment to unconditional dialogue with the Sudan. However, it asked a greater sense of impartiality in the negotiation process by both parties in order to come with a solution to their problems. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "South Sudan Info - The Kob" group.
