YEI RIVER COUNTY PRESENTS 2012-2014 STRATEGIC PLAN
Wednesday, 13 June 2012 15:21 Yei River County presented yesterday a three-year strategic plan as a steppingstone towards development. Planning Officer John Benson told Radio Easter that the objective of the plan is to find out and review what the heads of departments and payam directors in the County planned. He explained that the plan will be submitted to the County Legislative Council for amendment to be effective on July 1. Mr Benson appealed to non-governmental organizations operating in the area to cooperate with the county’s plan in order to meet the urgent priorities of the population at all levels. Assistant Commissioner for social development Victoria Nasirah Augustine urged the county authority to speed up the process of approval to enable the plan’s immediate implementation.
