The Judge presiding over the hearing in the case against the former
Commissioner of Wau County John Peter Miskin decided to proceed with
the hearing on Thursday without the two witnesses.

Justice Bouga Ajouj Maker proceeded with the hearing session when the
plaintiff lawyers declared to the court that two witnesses could not
reach the court.

The lawyer said one witness was outside the state and the other could
not be reached because he lives in a place without communication
network.

The judge got testimonies from three witnesses and so far, 13
witnesses in total have testified before the court.

On Thursday Farajalla hearing was adjourned to March 20, as requested
by the defense lawyers to give room for further consultation.

Farajalla case has 16 suspects, and so far suspect Gabriel Sasa, have
been released in the second hearing of the case, due to lack of
evidences.

Government Legal consultant told Voice of Hope Radio that the charges
against Sasa were cleared due to lack of evidence and that he was
taken to court by mistake.
