Rotary Project Coordinator in the Great Lakes region Wanume Kale told the press that the assessment aimed at establishing a film project in South Sudan. Central Equatoria state deputy Governor Manasseh Lomole Waya said the state welcome the project and is committed to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
