19 Yei Community-based rehabilitation workers or CBR on Monday started
a six-day workshop at Salaam Guest house for effective and better
skills on assessment of cases of persons with disabilities.

ACROSS Assistant officer Chandiga John said the workshop aimed at
building the capacity of community-based rehabilitation workers so as
to deliver high quality services to people with disabilities and their
family members, Radio Easter reported.

He called on people to ensure that mothers always have better services
delivered to avoid brain damage that causes disabilities.

The workshop is funded by European Union through Light for the World
