The National Bureau of Statistics said annual inflation increased 12.4 percent in Wau, 11.3 percent in Malakal, and 7.8 percent in Juba due to a hike on food prices. Between March and April prices went up by 0.6 percent. By regions, in Juba prices fell by four percent and in Wau 1.1 percent.
