South Sudan Law Society chairperson Wani Matthias cited a case of malpractice in the CID police who arrested an innocent Ugandan trader and supported a criminal customer who forged vehicle engine. Deputy Inspector General of Police Lieutenant General Andrew Kuol Nyuon admitted that police name was tarnished and that Sudd Institute research would help the public.
