The annual event, whose theme is, "The International Year of Water Cooperation” will be held on 7 December. Karsis, in a brief media interview in the capital, Juba, said she was optimistic of winning the event, and thanked Xing Hu, a managing director at ZTE Corporation, for sponsoring her trip to the Philippines. 94 delegates from a similar number of countries from all over the universe will take part in the event, previously won by Tereza Fajksová from the Czech Republic.
