Upper Nile Governor reshuffles

 *Upper Nile State Governor on Monday issued gubernatorial decrees
relieving and appointing new cabinet.*

Simon Kun Puoch appointed Yai Goch Lor Cabinet Affairs minister, James
Ruach Kon minister for Local Government and Law Enforcement and Ayoung Owir
Lual minister for Labour, Public Service and Human Resource Development,
saut Al Mahaba reported.

The Governor appointed Owir Dua Agany Culture, Youths and Sports minister,
Simon Dop Puk minister for Trade, Supply and Investment and Dr Charles Yor
Odok was appointed Health minister.

Governor Kun appointed Baja Lej Bany minister for Physical Infrastructure
and Rural Development, Deng Ajut Bol was appointed Minister for Agriculture
and Forestry and Guen Philip Chan was appointed Finance and Economic
Planning minister.

The same decree appointed Pal Ruac Dup Parliamentary Affairs minister,
Daniel Wor Jok minister for Education Science and Technology, Jackline Joel
Jako was appointed minister for Gender and Social Welfare and Philip Jibin
Ogal was appointed Information and Communication minister.

The Governor issued another decree appointing gubernatorial advisors.

He appointed Moses Thon Bol Advisor on Political Affairs, Owir Dua Agany
Food Security Advisor, Rev Peter Makuac was appointed Religious Affairs
Advisor.

The Governor appointed Garhuth Garkuth Hoth Nyang Advisor on War Veterans
Affairs, Nikong Daniel Banak Advisor on Gender Affairs and Chol Nyawelo
Akio Rural Development Advisor.

The decrees were effective from November 18 2013.
