*Central Equatoria Deputy Governor condemned SPLM/A in opposition who
'wanted to grab power by bullets'.*

Manasseh Lomole Waya said "the attempted coup led by the former Vice
President Riek Machar was a total betrayal of the sacrifices of the people
of the Republic of South Sudan".

He said the mid December conflict returned the nation backward instead of
its transformation.

Deputy Governor Lomole urged President Salva Kiir Mayardit not to allow
opportunists break the nation bought by tears, sweat, and blood of heroes,
heroines and martyrs.

He encouraged President Kiir to serve until his term finishes because he
did not grab the power by guns.

The Deputy Governor lamented that the destruction in Bor, Bentiu, Akobo,
Malakal and Juba was unacceptable before God and men.

He urged all citizens to work hard to clean the dirty page in the history
of South Sudan.

Deputy Governor Lomole called on citizens to participate in ensuring peace
in the country.

He made the remarks on Saturday during SPLM Youth League mass mobilization
campaign under the theme: "One nation, one people".
