Angelina Alal Habib told CRN on Thursday that it was difficult to talk about child rights if people are not aware of the Act. She said disseminating the document could reduce all issues affecting children. Ms Alal said educated child would have a better future while uneducated one would become idle and resort to crimes. She said child education would reduce crimes in the country. The Advisor explained that the Child Act was a legal document with strong regulation and guidance.
