el Ghazal State, Zackaria Hassan on Saturday relieve three of this
commissioners, including the Wau town mayor.

Wau county commissioner, Angelo Taban, Hassan Jalab of Raga county and
John Arop Apia of Jur River county were those affected as well as the
mayor of Wau municipality, Arkangelo Anyar.

Hassan immediately appointed Simon Athuia as the new Jur River
commissioner, James Benjamin Mardama for Raga county and former youth
minister, Elia Kamilio Dimo as Wau commissioner.

No reasons were, however, given for these unexpected administrative changes.
