Take IGAD recommendations seriously, Former Detainees appeal CRN Friday, February 5, 2016 - 15:41 SPLM Former Detainees appeal to the government and SPLM-IO to uphold recent IGAD communiqué on South Sudan.
The group welcomes IGAD’s call for rapid formation of the Transitional Government of National Unity. The former detainees believe the formation of the transitional government will enable dialogue on the question of the 28 states. All citizens should stand behind full implementation of the peace deal to pave way for reconciliation and forgiveness, the former detainees urge. IGAD says President Salva Kiir’s execution of the 28 states is contradicting the terms of August 2015 Agreement based on ten states. Suspend further action on implementing new states until all parties to the peace agreement review the proposition and the boundaries, IGAD urges government. - See more at: http://catholicradionetwork.org/?q=node/19867#sthash.PhERNCWi.dpuf -- To post to this group, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected] Visit this group at https://groups.google.com/d/forum/southsudankob View this message at https://groups.google.com/d/msg/southsudankob/topic-id/message-id For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/d/optout --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "South Sudan Info - The Kob" group.
