The displaced especially outside Wau town are in very difficult situation, the official says. Synenko says ICRC is facing logistical difficulties in delivering quick relief items for the needy in Wau. She says so far the agency has free humanitarian access to the displaced although the level of need continues to increase every day. The official says the agency is trying to assist the displaced persons with food, water, accommodation and family reunification services.
