August 09, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —— In an attempt to save Jieng’s
supremacy and his accidental position (presidency), Salva Kirr has
decided to suspend his medical trip to Germany where he’s due to
undergo some risky medical procedures involving organ transplant and
blood transfusion so as to reduce viral load in his body system and
also to increase his CD4 Counts. The outcome of this procedure cannot
be guaranteed since he has not been complying with his doctors’
advice. It is alleged that South African doctors instructed him to
adopt healthy lifestyles and should stop sipping whisky if he wants to
extend his live for a while but to the contrary he never made an
effort to tame his appetite for those exotic liquors tribes.

Yesterday, our eagle eyed agents at the border town of Bibia spotted a
lorry packed with Ugandan brewed whisky being escorted by armoured
vehicle destined to Juba, most likely to J1 as its final destination.
It could be a celebratory package from his big brother, Museveni for
the United Nations communique’, authorizing the deployment of third
party forces to Juba. This according to analysts, would be a big
achievement for the duo [Museveni and his unteachable student Kiir]
since UPDF may get some hot tickets to masquerade-inwith IGADs forces
and defend Juba regime.

Much as this is still a probability, with the apparent disarray within
his government, the JCE boss is not ready to take chances of creating
power vacuum. He is willing to kill two birds with one bullet; that’s,
postpone medical appointment to save his presidency and his dear life.
Kiir is taking this gamble because he doesn’t trust his army chief of
staff, Paul Malong who once attempted to slaughter him and his two
vices; Wani Igga and Dr. Riek Machar at J1on the 8th of July and
declare himself the new president.

He thus fears that his absence even for 24 hours is enough for the
celebrated polygamist King Paul to execute his scheme with ease
considering that he is commanding loyalty across his tribal regiments
as well as JCE team, and also among some elements within Kiir’s
presidential guards aka Tiger Unit. The positions of VPs in Kiir’s
government are meant for formalities only. In an unlikely event that
the incumbent becomes deceased or unfit for the role, Taban Deng
cannot assume his position. Instead the JCE will handpick another
Kraal-mate if the army chief of staff decides not to take the
country’s top position.

The unending political drama in South Sudan is making Kiir’s loyal
friends weary, with some trying to reconsider their positions toward
his government at individual levels. On Friday the Ugandan State
Minister for Foreign Affairs, Okello Oryem, who hails from a Northern
part of Uganda which has blood relationships with people of South
Sudan, openly expressed his discontent over the way the South Sudanese
politicians are misallocating the country’s resources while its entire
civil populations are starving.

“Right now you are going back to Juba but I advise you that instead of
flying to Juba via Entebbe, go by road and hold meetings with your
people who are fleeing the war at Elegu” he cautions.

It is unfortunate that the word “advise” is found in the dictionary of
JCE boss and his minions.
