The Acting National Minister of Agriculture says every state should
cultivate thirty thousand hectares of land to eradicate food shortage in
the country.

Cornelio Kon Nguu visited Wau State Minister and all head of departments to
set up a strategic plan for the state, Radio Voice of Hope reports.

He says every commissioner should identify the area of cultivation in the
county. He claims that many NGOs asked him to declare famine in the country
but, he declined because he does not have reliable information.

Acting Minister Kon was speaking at the State Ministry of Agriculture,
Fishery And Animal Resources.
