SPLA detains UN radio journalist briefly in Juba JUBA (24 Jan.) SPLA soldiers at Dr. John Garang Mausoleum have arrested a journalist working for the UN Radio Miraya and detained him for five hours before releasing him this evening. Multiple sources told Radio Tamazuj that Henry Lokuri was assigned since morning to go and cover activities of Moroccan medical teams that are running mobile clinics at Dr. John Garang Mausoleum.
