NEWS Kiir orders army leaders to execute murderers, rapists
Memoscar Lasuba | February 6, 2017 | 4:30 pmYei River President Salva Kiir has instructed the Minister of Defense and the SPLA Chief of Staff to execute any soldier who commits rape or murder in Yei River State.Kiir issued the order this afternoon while addressing a gathering in Yei town to celebrate 100 years of existence of the Episcopal church of Sudan and South Sudan.
