MSF: Civilians fleeing fighting cut off from healthcare in Yuai YUAI (16 Feb.) The international medical charity Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), said fighting in Yuai town in South Sudan’s Bieh State between SPLA and SPLA-In Opposition forces has had major impact on the civilian population, forcing them to flee the town.
