South Sudan rebels release three foreign oil engineers UPPER NILE (31 Mar.) South Sudanese rebels loyal to former First Vice President, Riek Machar said on Thursday they had released three oil engineers from India and Pakistan that their forces had captured recently. The three were released on the orders of rebel leader Riek Machar.
