At least three truck drivers were shot and killed in an ambush by unknown gunmen near Mangala area along the Juba-Bor road on Saturday, multiple sources said. The sources told Radio Tamazuj that the drivers were Somali nationals, adding that two drivers died on the spot while the third person succumbed to his wounds later in the hospital in Juba.They pointed out that the bodies were buried in Juba on Sunday. Last week, a convoy of military escort for South Sudan’s First Vice President Taban Deng Gai was ambushed by unknown gunmen at Sudan-Safari area along the Juba-Bor road, wounding three soldiers.
