SPLM-N denies removal of chief of general staff The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N) has denied the rumour about the removal of SPLA-N Chief of General Jagot Mukwar from his position by the Nuba Mountains Liberation Council.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Sunday, Arnu Ngutulu Lodi, official spokesman of the SPLM-N, described media reports that Gen. Jagot Mukwar has been removed as false.“The Nuba Mountains Liberation Council had conducted its meetings on 6 June and it had issued several decisions, so what is being circulated now is not true,” said Arnu.
