Pope’s visit cancellation high politics, says Archbishop Radio Bakhita Monday, July 17, 2017 - 17:23 The cancellation of Pope’s visit to South Sudan this year is guided by high level of politics of world leaders, says Archbishop of Juba.
Archbishop Paolino Lukudu Loro says Pope Francis was directed by the world leaders not to come to South Sudan this year, Radio Bakhita reports. The Archbishop advises South Sudanese not to be disturbed on why the Pope is not coming to the young country because he would not change the “stone hearts” of South Sudan leaders. Archbishop Lukudu conveys condolences to the faithful of Juba, Sacred Heart Sisters Congregation and relatives of Sister Angelina Lurit Venansio Loro who died on Thursday July 6, 2017 and buried last Saturday. -- To post to this group, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected] Visit this group at https://groups.google.com/d/forum/southsudankob View this message at https://groups.google.com/d/msg/southsudankob/topic-id/message-id For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/d/optout --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "South Sudan Info - The Kob" group.
