The members of SPLM in the government and former detainees in their two-day meeting in Kampala, Uganda resolved to reunite, says Acting SPLM Secretary-General. Jemma Nunu Kumba told Journalists on Saturday that the meeting co-chaired by President Salva Kiir and Rebecca Nyandeng was to reconcile members of the party. Nunu reveals that the members also agreed to speed up the implementation of the Arusha agreement. SPLM will develop the road map in Uganda next Thursday and hopes Dr Riek Machar will send his representative, she adds.
