Ceasefire Mechanism to verify security forces redeployment outside Juba CRN Wednesday, August 23, 2017 - 16:38 The Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements Monitoring Mechanism or CTSAMM is planning to verify the redeployment of security forces outside of Juba town, says Chairman.
Major General Molle Hailemariam while opening the 13th plenary in Juba on Wednesday says the aim is to facilitate deployment of Regional Protection Forces. The Mechanism will continue to monitor implementation of the permanent ceasefire between the two warring parties in South Sudan, discloses Hailemariam. He adds that they are regularly engaging relevant institutions to the peace agreement. There are still restrictions on the movement of the Mechanism with delays and denials of access by government and opposition aligned to Riek Machar, the Chairman testifies. The official was speaking in their 13th board meeting on Wednesday in Juba. -- To post to this group, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected] Visit this group at https://groups.google.com/d/forum/southsudankob View this message at https://groups.google.com/d/msg/southsudankob/topic-id/message-id For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/d/optout --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "South Sudan Info - The Kob" group.
