August 26, 2017 (JUBA) – A member of South Sudan’s armed opposition
faction allied to former First Vice President, Riek Machar has
described as “unfair” charges labeled against James Gatdet Dak, the
ex-spokesperson for the rebel leader who is now in jail.

Lam Kuei Lam said the court trial of Dak is a “null” judicial process.

“I would like to make it categorically clear to the people of South
Sudan, the region and the international community that there is no
justice to be delivered to James Gatdet Dak by that Juba Kangaroo
court and therefore we condemn the process in the strongest terms
possible as the primary indicators for his arrangement before the
court shows circumvention of the rule of law,” he said on Saturday.

Dak was arrested from Nairobi and deported back to Juba last year.

Lam, however, said Dak’s trail, in which he appeared without a lawyer,
demonstrated the “decayed” judicial machinery meant to dispense
injustice as opposed to core necessities of their existence.

The former rebel spokesperson, Lam told Sudan Tribune, was accused of
treason, sabotage dishonesty, giving false information against the
young nation and allegedly insulting the head of state.

According to rebel official, Dak’s trial took place in Arabic dialect,
and the presiding judge denied him access to a chosen translator.

“We call upon the national human rights institutions, the regional and
international human rights bodies to ensure an expeditious court
proceeding and provide him [Dak] with the necessary legal assistance
and a lawyer of his choice,” said Lam.

This mongrel used to report happily SPLA-IO killing innocent
helpless civilians in Malakal, Bor, and Bentiu. He is so much worried
about his own damned life and begging for mercy and forgiveness. But
SPLA-IO and this miserable James Gatdet kill their victims without
mercy. I hope soon his death will be reported by other journalists.
What goes around comes around. If you kill you will be killed.

            South South,
That is jienge justice. You cant go and "steal" people
from foreign countries and try them in kangaroo courts in jienge
republic. What legal accusations have you against him? None. Jienge
justice is barrel of gun. That is it. each community MUST arm itself
whatever way against MTNs. Time for payback will come, soon or later.

            South South,
Better a domestic dog, it can hunt down a wild rabbit for
its master, than worthless MTN flies that are everywhere waiting to
feed on filthy food.

                jubaone,

This useless rebel killed many people in South Sudan.
If he gets capital punishment, I will not cry. He is like you, coward
and try to hide in Kenya, but we got him big. This is the only reason
you choose to live in USA to be far away from us, and then air your
nonsense comments. Try to come close to Juba or stay in neighbor
countries, we will get you coward, shut up, shit.

This same James Gadet press secretary to Riek Machar was the
one who filmed Riek Machar moving over dead bodies of innocent
civilians killed in cold blood by mad white army soldiers in Malakal
Teaching Hospital and Bentiu Mosque in 2014 with Riek happily smiling
showing his ugly teeth, and shouting," This is what Salva Kiir wants
for his soldiers and civilians to die like this?!

GOD and the souls of the innocent civilians murdered mercilessly
by Riek’s evil forces will make the region and South Africa to release
Riek Machar so that he comes back to South Sudan and die in battle
field with a bullet in his stupid head rather than die peacefully in
exile.
