South Sudan cabinet has assigned the country’s Vice President James Wani Igga to lead a government delegation to Upper Nile to solve a border dispute between Maban and Melut counties. Inter-communal clashes were reported at Kilo 10 area between Mabanese and Dinka youths at a border between Melut and Maban counties earlier this month.
