Summary: Sidechain functionality for compand/mcompand effects

Initial Comment:
It would be useful to add the possibility of a sidechain to the
compand/mcompand effects, e.g. for applications of 'ducking', 'dj talkover' or
'de-essing'. One suggestion on the sox-list (thread: "sidechaining in sox?")
was to change the compand/mcompand effect so that it could take its volume
measurement (level detection) in one channel, while acting on different (or
all) channels.
