[Soya-user] New Soya 0.10.1 binary file

Hi all,

I've been reported a missing dll bug in the previous binary windows file 
for Soya 0.10.1 under Python 2.4(Many thanks to Rory Yorke and 
Alessandro Ikeuchi).

I uploaded a new distro file including zlib1.dll

May 2006 could be a good year for Soya growth,
