I think we should start with a small package (e.g. the balazar character, a few 
textures and models), and then extend it progressively.
The project will require graphisms, but also demos and tutorials (it would be 
nice to have something like the actual game-skel tuto using it, or possibly 
several "game-skel" corresponding to different kind of game, e.g. a racing 
game-skel, a RPG game-skel, a RTS game-skel,...), musics and sounds, as well as 
codes (for managing special effects, ease development,... e.g. weather.py from 
Balazar Brothers would be nice) and scenarios, in order to have a consistent 
world and not just a set of data.

What about designing a map of the country, with e.g. various regions ?

Another problem is that some of the balazar model have French name that need to 
be translated. We also need to build

For the licence, I would prefer GPL or another copyleft license (e.g. 
CC-BY-SA), any comparison of these two licenses would interest me :-)
