Note Soya output indicate 
Using OpenGL 1.3 Mesa 6.5.2
but on Gentoo 
emerge -p output indicate
[ebuild   R   ] virtual/opengl-7.0
[ebuild   R   ] media-libs/mesa-6.5.2

OpenGL 7.0 ????
